They have nailed the Cola flavour! As far as a non stim goes, I love this formula. Massive game changer not having to drink my pre, especially before a hitt workout.

Wish nature gains didn't stop making this formula, the newer formula is ok but this old formula was spot on, disappointing

The Nature Gains Gummies are easy to use, great taste and give me the energy I need in the morning. One of the best things is I don't need to play with powder and prep, I can just grab a gummie and get out the door.

I have given a 5 star because it wouldn’t submit with the 2 stars I initially chose.

I haven’t had pre work out in a long time but was keen to try it and all the added benefits such as muscle recovery and mental clarity. The gummies have a strong flavour but are much easier to consume than drinking large quantities of liquid before a workout. I got the tingling up the arms and did feel an increase in energy, however my body did not respond to the ingredients well leaving me with a hives like rash every time I took them, flaring up within the hour and lingering reaction for days. I have friends who take these with no issues, so would recommend trying them. I’m disappointed that I’ve reacted this way because I do think it’s a much better way to take these supplements. Disappointed that I did send an inquiry to the company regarding this reaction and did not get a response. But if you tolerate the gummies, they are a good price, delivery was quick and they are an easy way to consume them
